Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, ZENXI stores your email address, the signup source, IP address and signup time. These fields are used to manage the subscription and prevent abuse.
Contact messages
When you use the contact form, ZENXI stores your name, email address, selected topic, message, IP address and submission time so the team can respond and investigate misuse. Do not include medical records or unnecessary intimate details.
Analytics and tracking
ZENXI does not currently load a third-party analytics script on this English site. The previous public tracker endpoint has been disabled. Standard web-server logs may record IP address, requested URL, time, browser user-agent and response status for security and troubleshooting; these logs rotate daily and up to 14 rotations are retained.
Storage and retention
Newsletter and contact records are stored outside the public webroot with restricted server permissions. A fixed automatic deletion schedule is not currently configured for submitted records. You may request deletion or unsubscribe by emailing hello@g.zhenxi.hk.cn.
Retailer links
If verified sponsored retailer links are restored, the retailer may receive ordinary referral and request information when you choose to follow a link. ZENXI does not send newsletter or contact-form records to a retailer.
Adults and changes
This publication and its newsletter are intended for adults aged 18 or older. If analytics or another data processor is introduced later, this policy will be updated before collection begins.
